Returns
At Hotpotshop.nl, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product.
Once we have received your returned item, we will refund the full order amount including any standard shipping costs within 14 days, provided the product has been received in good condition.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, we ask that:

Exceptions
The following items are excluded from the right of return:

Return Costs
The costs for returning your order are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, you will receive your refund via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
